With reference to the booking of the Registrar, only copies of necessary documents are required to be sent via email.
In order for us to be able to guarantee the organization of your wedding in a timely manner, we need to receive all documents at least four weeks prior to your arrival.
However, in some urgent cases documents submitted 11-7 days prior to the wedding date are acceptable but “lateness fee” applies.
Make sure to bring with you all original documents to be presented for the purpose of authentication.
Copies of the photo pages and data pages of your passports (First two pages)
Certificates of Non-Impediment (proving you are not married at present)
4. Name Change Certificate (in case that the name differs from the name on the Birth Certificate)
5. Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate (if previously married or widowed)
Legally conducted marriages in Seychelles are recognised under the European laws.
The couple getting married should arrive in the Seychelles at least 3 days prior to the wedding date. This is in accordance with the Seychelles' legal regulations. The minimum stay for a wedding while on holiday, is 3 days.

The Wedding Ceremony will be performed by the Seychelles Registrar in English language and in accordance with the Seychelles Law. The required documents (originals) have be presented to the Registrar before the ceremony.
You will receive your marriage certificate before your departure from Seychelles along with an Apostille issued by the Seychelles Supreme Court for your Civil Registry Office. Usually it takes two to three working days after the ceremony.
Wedding ceremonies are usually held from Monday to Friday. The appointed time depends on the Registrar's availability, but we’ll do our best to respect your desired date and time.
Ceremonies on weekends and public holidays will be charged extra (Euro 150).
Two witnesses are required for the wedding ceremony. In any case, if the wedding couple comes alone, we will provide witnesses (free of charge).
